We are now nearing the cherry blossom blooming time. I've noticed that that tends to be in early to mid-May in my next of the woods. I had really stopped and taken the time to notice this timing during my many walks in 2020. I now practically mark my calendar for the occasion! I just love how the neighbourhood turns pink for a few days. It's so ephemeral that I don't want to blink and miss it. In anticipation of this yearly bloom, I'm leaning towards wearing pink. I paired my pink plaid shirt with my sailor jeans and pink suede pumps. I'm loving this more cheerful spring styling of a flannel shirt. The pops of pink are always welcome in my book. Anybody else awaiting the cherry blossoms with bated breath?
