Double Pastels

You can't go wrong when combining pastel hues. I always find they go well with one another. The lightness helps avoid clashing of the different tones. I paired my very light mint dress with a light yellow cardigan and earrings. I opted for a darker shade of mint for the shoes and felt they completed the look rather well. They really stand out against my darker summer skin tone. Actually, I always find I look darker when wearing whites or pastels. Perhaps it's because the contrast is greater. Either way, I like how it makes my outfit pop as opposed to washing me out. Pastels tend to do that...
