Primary Pinstripe

How great is this pinstriped midi skirt? It reminds me a bit of the full skirt of the 50's. But the timeless pinstripe gives it that fresh and trendy look. I decided to do a bit of print mixing and added a small navy and white polka dot blouse. I topped it off with a cropped bouclé jacket (very Chanel), a red clutch and bright yellow heels. I added small pearl elements in the bracelet and earrings and called it a day. I love mixing primary colours. Opposite to popular belief, they do work together! Exhibit A: today's outfit! The deep navy and muted red don't compete with the yellow of the shoes. I mean, how could anything compete with these shoes? They demand all the attention!
