Lace Hop Along
Heading into the Easter long weekend in a perfectly pastel look today. We got the news yesterday that the province is starting another 28-day lockdown starting tomorrow... It's not great news, but I'm not surprised by it and saw it coming. We keep doing the same things and expecting different results. I, for one, have not changed my precautions since the beginning of the pandemic, because the ways I see it, as long as the virus is not contained the risks aren't either. All that to say I don't find this news upsetting because we had not made any Easter plans involving other people. We got a few chocolatey treats and are simply looking forward to a long weekend at home. I've got a to-do list and plan on starting my spring cleaning. I mean, there is no better time to do so when stuck at home on a long weekend, am I right? I'm even looking forward to freshening things up! Although that might have something to do with the new steam cleaner my husband surprised me with! Ha ha! Nothing like a new gizmo to get me excited about cleaning.
