I decided to do something a little different today and layered my lemon t-shirt over a midi dress, then belted it. This gives the illusion of wearing a skirt and is a versatile way of getting more wear out of a dress. Seeing as this t-shirt is on the longer side, I do find that it looks a bit bunchy at the waist, but the belt helps to hide it a bit. Perhaps this trick would work best with a more cropped t-shirt. I'll have to give this a try one of these days. All in all, I'm still loving the final result of this summer look. It's laid-back and perfect for an easy weekend day.
