The perfect Santa red sweater and a white Stewart tartan midi skirt make for the ideal Mrs. Claus outfit. Sure, I went a little more glam than the matronly fur-trimmed usual look, but I prefer this vibe. To me Stewart tartan (in any colourway) is the ultimate festive tartan. I have items in the red, navy, black and white variety, and always reach for them during the holidays. I think it jus has to do with red and green being prominent in the colour palette. It's just so festive! In my mind, Mrs. Claus also has an array of Stewart tartans that she wears on repeat during the Christmas season. At least, that's my headcanon!
