My Christmas prep is coming along nicely; I've decorated, made and mailed my Christmas cards, watched a lot of Christmas movies and baked sugar cookies. But today's prep has more to do with my outfit, as in it's a preppy festive look, ha ha! I decided to layer a red turtleneck under my navy A-line skirt and added a few Christmassy touches with the gingerbread pin, the holly earrings, velvet hair bow and red shoes. I then got a little carried away with a double dose of plaid for the outdoor portion of the look. I actually love wearing this coat and scarf together, even though it might be a little extra for some. I see it as the more plaid, the merrier!
