Retro Beach Look
Channeling my inner old-Hollywood with a retro beach look today! We've got all the vintage elements with black and white polka dots, a wrapped swimsuit, high-waisted sailor shorts, cat-eye sunglasses, big pearl earrings, espadrilles, a bamboo-handle tote bag and a statement beach hat! I mean the only thing that would make this an actual retro look would be Marilyn herself!
I actually had a few extra days off after Canada Day, so I wore this to lounge around in the backyard while giving myself a pedicure. I know the look was a little extra for what I was actually doing, but you got to fit the fashun in where you can these days! I'll be sure to actually wear this look to a beach one day, but I'm wearing it now because it's sparking so much joy!
