The nautical style is such a classic one. Made popular by Coco Chanel, it was inspired by the striped sweaters worn by Norman fishermen. Today's outfit is loosely based on the style. I stuck with the colour palette of white and blue, but instead of stripes, opted for a navy lace appliqué on a white dress with cobalt accessories. The base of the outfit is a timeless one, while the take on it today is more outside the box.
