Basic Blue

Sometimes, a simple, solid-coloured dress is all you need to look put together. I've had this classic Dynamite style for a few years now (I also have a printed version) and it's the perfect basic dress. It can be dressed up or down and makes for a great layering base. Accessorizing it makes all the difference and the outfit possibilities endless. I went for a slightly nautical look (surprise, surprise) today by wearing my anchor pendant and simple white strappy sandals. I added gold statement earrings and a bold red lip to complete the look. I like the subtle nautical nods because it's just that, subtle.
