After a couple blistery days, there are no pretty leaves left on the trees. We are now officially in that dreary November-weather phase of the year... Or so that's what I was thinking when getting dressed. When I finally got around to looking outside, there was a fresh blanket of snow on the ground and it immediately lifted my mood! I know it probably won't stay, but I don't care. I'll rejoice in this first snow of the year nonetheless! I reached for my burgundy jeans today and added a polka dot blouse, houndstooth blazer and taupe OTK boots. I was feeling a little down after the time change and it being dark before 5 p.m., but this snow is making it a bit better! Who else loves the first snowfall of the year?
