Wearing a full-on navy look today as we head into the weekend. I was feeling uninspired today, so I gravitated towards a tried and true dressing trick: the monochromatic look. When in doubt, wear one colour from head to toe. Keep in mind you can play around with different shades of a colour, but wearing a solid hue makes you look effortlessly put together. Easy peasy! I opted for a navy bell-sleeve sweater with subtle white trim detailing, added dark wash skinny jeans, matching sneakers, a navy headband and pearl earrings. Nothing too fussy, but the pieces still have a bit of interest so the look doesn't fall flat either.
