Unless real inspiration strikes, I tend to start by looking in my closet for a Halloween costume. I was inspired to layer these two dresses a few months ago because it was giving off major Snow White vibes. Had the yellow dress been a skirt, it would have been perfect, but that was not the case. I had to add a blue vest in the mix to really capture the vision. For anybody keeping count, I'm up to three layers on my torso... I won't be cold this Halloween! I also got creative with the collar, opting to use one I already had and pinning it in a way to make it stand a bit. I then got some red felt at the dollar store and cut out the sleeve detail shapes and stuck them on with double-sided tape. I finished off with a red headband, gold flats and my apple purse. I'm so pleased with how this one turned out! Happy Halloween to all!
