During the most recent Hill House drop, I fell in love with the cane/basketweave print! I mean, it is literally my summer aesthetic in a print. Now, the issue with falling in love with a print is that you never know what silhouettes it will come in. Because I loved the print so much, I was actually tempted to try out new-to-me dress silhouettes. While I love the Ellie, I felt it was time to branch off a bit. This is the first new style I've tried - the Juliana. I love the corseted waist and voluminous skirt. The sweetheart neckline is adjustable and there is a panel of smocking at the back. While I do love this dress, it's definitely a more risqué style. If I end up wearing it in the office, it would likely be covered by a cardigan. I styled it with cognac accessories, a delicate hair bow and my new straw tote for its first day out. It's giving vintage vibes and I love it!
