Summer weather is definitely here. That means it's time to dust off the shorts! I opted for a monochromatic look today and am loving this full-on blue outfit. I started with my paper bag shorts, but swapped out the self-tie belt for a cobalt one. I then paired the shorts with a light blue cardigan. I like the look of wearing a cardigan as a standalone top. Finally, I accessorized with matching purse and shoes for a perfectly preppy blue summer look!
