Gingham Season

Reached for my green gingham Nap Dress today and almost forgot how much I love it! It really is the perfect print to transition from summer to fall, and yes, I'm starting to think about transitioning my wardrobe for the next season. Call it excitement, call it anticipation. Whatever you call it, I'm looking forward to fall and wearing a warmer colour palette is an easy way to slowly transition. Don't worry, I still paired it with lilac because I know it's still summer and I'm enjoying it too. I'm also not mad that the mornings are slightly cooler, meaning I can wear denim jackets again. That's a win in my book!
