Vacation - Pastel Maxi Two Ways

 

Another dinner, another dress! I absolutely love the colours of this pastel maxi-dress. I figured the palette would go well against sun-kissed skin, and I was right! Maxi dresses are a perfect option to pack since the length makes them smart choices for the cooler evening air, but the dainty straps and flowy material keep you cool and comfortable. On the first evening, I had to wear a little cardigan as it was a bit chilly. Since the hemline of this dress is just right (i.e.: not too long), I was able to wear little wedge sandals. I also carried around my white tassel clutch on both occasions. I apologize for the blurriness of one of the pics. I tried to showcase the movement of the dress. Turns out I need more practice in that department!

Picnic Print

Instant love! Some pieces just catch my eye and I can't get them out of my mind! This was the case when I saw these shorts. A bright, colourful print short is a must for summer. It's fun, cool, playful and stylish all in one. I was headed to a family picnic and thought these shorts would be perfect for the occasion. I paired them with a yellow bubble necklace and sandals, a green t-shirt and a white tassel clutch. I was ready for the sunny festivities!
