Styling my basics in everything but a basic way. I'm still trying to toe the line between seasons when putting together my outfits and thought a bright red t-shirt would be a great starting point for a casual look. I paired it with light-wash jeans and then got creative with the accessories. I started simply enough with a cognac belt, leopard-print headband and gold hoop earrings. Then I added a straw bag and tied a scarf around the handle. The red in the scarf matches the t-shirt and the red patent shoes. This completed look is perfect for almost any everyday occasion; from school drop off to coffee with the girls, to running errands. I love a simple, versatile outfit that not only looks good but is functional.
