Polished Pinstripe

Crisp white blouses and pinstripes are timeless. In fact, I bet they can be found in most wardrobes. They are basics I feel everyone should have, as they are great building blocks for outfits. I decided to keep things simple and classy by pairing my white blouse with navy pinstripe pants. What makes this look both timeless and trendy is the cut and shapes of the garments. The blouse has a nice wrap-around detail, frills and a big bow sash. I've had it for quite a few years now and love it just as much today as I did the day I bought it! Although the pinstripe of the pants is a timeless elements, the slim-cut and ankle length make them du jour. I finished off the look with classy pearls and white plimsolls just because I think pearls and sneakers is a fun and unexpected combination!
