Summer Stripes

Wearing the pants I talked about in my recent weekend post (here). I absolutely adore the look of these pants! The blue and white stripe is everything to me and I find this print embodies the spirit of summer. I was so happy when I saw that this print was available in my all-time favourite Old Navy pants, the Pixie! They are super comfortable and the stripes are actually flattering! Striped pants don't always work, it really depends on the cut, the colours, the thickness and direction of the stripes. These ones check all the right boxes. I paired them with a knotted tee and denim jacket for a casual look. I did add some sparkle with glitter sneakers and a brooch. It was a cooler spring day (the norm these days...), so long pants and sleeves were a must. I can't wait to style them in a more summery look!
