Pink Check

The sun is out and the temperature is rising! Naturally, I'm busting out all the spring duds. I paired my gingham pants with my eyelet lace and ruffle blouse and added pops of pink and a straw bag to complete the look. This is the first time this year that I wear sandals and am sort of regretting not giving myself a pedicure... I'll get on that! A white lace blouse is such a quintessential spring/summer staple that I have a few options to choose from in my closet. I went for the light, full cotton one and it was perfect for today! I'll admit I did wear a coat outside, just because I was a little skeptical that it would be that nice. Better safe than sorry! I've also been having a major scarf moment these past few months. I've always loved a good scarf, but these little square ones have become my go-to for completing any look. I don't anticipate this new love dying down any time soon, so buckle up! It's so nice to be able to finally shed those winter layers and opt for lighter fabrics. It's a breath of fresh air!
