Autumn Tartan

Oh man, I've been patiently waiting to wear plaid, but I can't help it any longer! I cracked today and donned my prettiest white tartan skirt with a beige top and sweater. I switched out the matching belt for my raffia one (because I can't seem to let go of it already) and bold red flats for a pop of colour. I added a perfectly autumnal leopard headband and pinecone earrings to finish the look. Although this skirt might seem festive at first glance, it can totally be styled to match any season, really. I like finding ways of wearing my favourite pieces as much as I can and absolutely love this particular transitional look! I took festive plaid and raffia accessories and totally made them work together to create a seasonally appropriate look. Ah, the magic of fashion!
