The Nap Dress is life! How did I ever live without it? It is by far my discovery of the summer and plan on wearing this style for the foreseeable future. I've always like smocking and a few of my summer dresses have a smocked panel at the back that work wonders on giving the perfect fit, but rediscovering just how comfortable a fully smocked bodice is has been a revelation. Great fit and comfort can actually coexist! Another comfort factor is the tiered midi/maxi skirt. I've been a fan of longer, flowing skirts for a while now and the combination of both elements in the silhouette of this dress is what my dreams are made of. I feel so pretty and free wearing my Nap Dress. My husband even said it's like a Disney Princess dress. He says it's the shape of Snow White's dress with the colour of Cinderella's. Upon further observation, he is not wrong, ha ha! I'll just be here living my best princess life in my nap dress!
