For the first time in over two years, we went out for dinner with another couple. Never have I been so nervous for a simple night out. Things really have changed since 2020... I thought it only fitting to wear a Nap Dress to mark the occasion! After all, my discovery and love for this style of dress has been a high point of the pandemic and is very much part of my new normal. We had a good evening and it was great to catch up and see our friends in person. However, I have to say that the virus was always in the back of my mind. It felt uncomfortable being in a closed space with other people. Regardless of mandates, the threat is still very much present and, while I understand that we now have to live with it, I'm still uncomfortable in certain situations. I, for one, will still very much be a mask-wearer going forward.
