Nautical, but make it classy. Pearls, stripes, scarf and, red white and blue - gang's all here! I have always loved the nautical/mariner style as well as its colour palette. I never tire of the style and think it has stood the test of time for a reason. It's a classic! I decided to do a slightly dressier take on the style with a navy blazer, white jeans and a pop of red with the shoes. I added pearl earrings (very sea worthy) and even braided a scarf in my hair, mimicking the big ropes used on ships. I'm particularly proud of that finishing touch. Just sailing my way into spring one striped look at a time.
