I never thought tile prints would feature in my closet, yet here we are... I've had my blue tile-print Nap Dress for a few summers now, but I added this citrus tile print scarf to my wardrobe this year. I then decided to wear them together, naturally. The different shades of blue match so well that I couldn't help myself! The scarf was really a last-minute addition. I had styled the entire look with white accessories but hadn't decided how to wear my hair. I was inspired by this post from Lydia Millen so decided to emulate the hairstyle. It's a different twist on a French braid - you just make about four small topsy turvy tails then wrap a scarf at the base of your hair. I need to practise a few more times to get it just right, but I'm very pleased with the result! I love discovering new ways to wear scarves in my hair!
