I finally decided to try the satin skirt and I love it! My go to skirt silhouette is the pleated midi, but the satin midi is proving to be a great option to add to the rotation. I got this deep plum colour and decided to style it with my matching sweater for a monochromatic moment. I added matching stud earrings and brown tights and boots to the mix. I finished off with this printed scarf for a pop of colour and interest. I love the way it makes the outfit! I finished off with a lighter purple velvet hair bow and think this look is such an instant classic. You can't go wrong wearing the same colour from head to toe! Oh, and a jazzy scarf always adds a nice touch.
