On the hottest of summer days, I turn to my classics. Today's outfit features all of them! We're starting off with a Nap Dress - the quintessential easy-breezy option. I chose my white heart print with smocked detailing. Hearts for summer totally work! I then added a trusty straw tote bag to hold all the essentials. Straw is the ultimate summer texture. Staying on theme, next up was the biggest straw hat of my collection. The statement bow and sheer size of this topper make it a favourite that I wear sparingly. I was going for full feminine today, so the bow hat and ruffle sleeves were a perfect match. I kept the rest of the look simple with my classic pearl stud earrings and go-to white espadrilles. Simplicity was the goal today; well, that and building in some sun protection into my outfit. Fear not, I was also wearing a healthy layer of sunscreen on exposed skin. If I'm not layering the clothing during the hot summer months, I'm definitely slathering on the sunscreen! It's an invisible layer, if you will.
