Now this is how to do fall florals! A cute blossom print on a navy background is the perfect way to incorporate florals in your fall wardrobe. I don't actually ever give up on wearing floral prints, but one must get a little creative in how to incorporate them during the cooler months. A darker background really helps anchor the print and keeps the garment in line with the usual seasonal palette of darker hues and cozy textures. I added a long open cardigan sweater to match the proportions of the dress (ie: the length) and matched the colour to my wedge shoes. It's still early fall, so adding a sweater layer and canvas closed-toe shoes are great transitional tricks.
