MosaïCanada 150

Well, I finally got around to checking out this amazing exposition. I went with my mom and sister on what seemed to be the hottest day yet! It was brutal (not helped by the fact my sister absolutely cannot stand the heat). She had already been, so let's just say she was sort of hurrying through the whole thing. I was trying to take pictures and would have to run to catch up with them! I only learned after the fact that there was this commentary I could have logged on to online that tells the stories behind the sculptures. I guess I could still listen to it now... But I bet it would have been better as I walked through the park. Anyways, the speed at which my sister was walking would not have allowed me to pause long enough to listen to the whole thing! She did stop for a couple minutes to take my picture with my long-time favourite heroine: Anne of Green Gable (above)! If you guys are in the area, I highly recommend this activity. It's free and runs until October. The weather then might be a bit more bearable...
