Crushing the Velvet Look

I am so happy velvet is making a comeback this fall. It had a small revival last year and that is when I got these deep purple velvet pants, but Old Navy brought them back this season! Be sure to check them out! I've linked them at the bottom of the post. I decided to pair my soft-textured pants with a fuzzy blush sweater. I love the uniqueness of the tie-hem on this sweater. It just gives it that little extra to set it apart from the rest. I've linked similar tops in the widget. For the outside look, I really just added the fall formula of hat, cape and booties. You really can't go wrong with that combination and it adds pattern and interest to my look. Today's outfit checks off all the boxes and earns major style points!
