How does one dress up a typically lumberjack look? By switching out regular denim for a shimmery pair. Shine = instantly festive! I love how it is totally acceptable to wear all the shiny clothing one wants at this time of year. Sparkly things are so much more fun to wear! This might be my inner-child speaking, but I never outgrew my love for all things glittery. I do feel the classic buffalo plaid and the black fur vest help tone down the jeans. This particular pair is a somewhat darker, muted shade so the shimmer factor is not over the top. Try having fun and thinking a little further outside the box with your outfits over the holidays. When else would you get away with wearing shiny things from head to toe?
