Splash Plaid!

Oh, transitional dressing... The real challenge these days is staying warm (but not too warm) and avoiding the puddles caused by the meltdown (or not fall when said puddles refreeze!) Mother Nature is really keeping us guessing these days. I've been living in my sweater/shirt combinations and rubber boots. Layers are a must, but don't give up on your winter coat and mitts just yet. One day, it'll be nice and sunny and the snow will be melting and the next it's a blizzard. We never know what we're going to get. My rubber boots have been a lifesaver because I need footwear that will keep me warm and dry while allowing me to navigate snow, slush, puddles and obstacles on the road. I am not exaggerating when I say the snowbanks are one and a half stories high along my street. We've literally run out of places to put the snow. I predict a very wet and soggy spring...
