Every now and then, my husband comes up with a gem of a description for my looks. Today, he said I looked like a gingerbread cookie...I'm not too sure I get the reference because I've never seen a gingerbread cookie with a lace collar. To be fair, I hadn't yet added the big gold headband. Ha ha! I think I look more like an elf. Either way, my look is a festive one and I'll take comfort in that aspect coming through. Dressing in a festive manner is one of the Christmas things I can do this year, so I'm leaning into it hard! I mean, I'm not going to not wear all the plaid, red and sequins and other Christmas items hanging in my closet. I get such a small window of opportunity to wear these items each year, so I am not just going to skip it! What fun would that be? Anyways, I hope you are all enjoying my festive looks as much as I enjoy wearing them!
