We will surely be spending a lot more time at home this holiday season rather than attending events out of the house. So, how does one make use of one's festive wardrobe and adapt it to a more informal setting? Well, by adding layers of cozy knits! I decided to give my little evergreen polka dot dress a cozy vibe by adding a jewel-button cardigan sweater. It instantly dresses it down, making it a perfect option for a festive day spent indoor with your little pod living under the same roof. Clearly, I would not wear the boots indoors, I'd go for flats or slippers. But, by adding boots, the look is made a bit dressier. Perhaps I'll rewear this next year with a statement coat for an outdoor activity.
