Really pulling out all the stopes with a fancy black and white look today! I decided to layer a neck-tie blouse under my striped bell-sleeve dress and am feeling the dressier vibe. I also added glitter tights and velvet pumps because, why not? I finished off with pearl earrings and a big velvet bow barrette to warp things up. To be honest, I'm not sure where I'd wear this. It's a bit much for the office, but seems too formal for a night out. Either way, it doesn't matter because I'm staying put these days! Don't wait for an occasion to wear a specific outfit. Just wear what makes you happy and if that happens to be glitter tights on a week day, then go for it!
