It's been very much a typical winter week, filled with snowstorms and fluffy snow! I always love the look of a fresh blanket of snow on the ground and there's always something magical and soothing about watching the big snowflakes fall on a grey day. It's even better when I get to stay in and enjoy the scenery from the comfort of my home. However, I do also enjoy going outdoors and taking in the beauty of the season. I know it won't last, so I'm making a point of really taking it all in. As much as I love wearing layers, I'm maybe looking forward to shedding some in the next few weeks. I'll probably be wearing rubber boots often enough in the weeks to follow as all this snow turns into rain and slush. Just another beautiful season to look forward to!
