I'm hanging on to the beautiful fall foliage for as long as I can and wearing my leaf sweater to really bring that point across! We got a cold snap recently, so layering a turtleneck under my sweater was a must today. I even went as far as putting on my teal velvet pants, ha ha! I'm not sure what I'll be wearing when we hit the -40° this winter if I'm already layering this much. I guess I'll deal with that when I get there! For now, I'm enjoying the lighter fall layering and print mixing. This is the layering-to-look good season as opposed to the layering-to-survive mode in the dead of winter. That's when function trumps fashion.
