This season is all about creative layering and today's look is just that! I paired a maxi dress with a turtleneck and a plaid cape. I then belted the cape for some added shape and detail. I'm also loving the proportion play here with the long dress, the asymmetrical cape draping and the over-the-knee boots. I don't typically wear OTK boots under maxi dresses, but I do like the added warmth it brings and that you still have the boot effect with the shorter hem when seated. I topped off my look with a purple cloche hat and love the vintage element in brings the outfit. This look is a little bit boho, a little bit vintage and a whole lot of autumn!
