It will take all my might to resist wearing tartan at the same frequency going forward. I really let myself wear the print to my heart's content and will greatly miss it now that the festive season is winding down. My love for tartan cannot be underestimated, it runs really deep. I decided to go for a slightly more subtle festive look today and grabbed my white tartan skirt for one last outing. I paired it with a navy turtleneck, mitten brooch, red beret and matching bow pumps. I bundled up with my cognac coat and threw in another tartan print for good measure, ha ha! While I do try to style my tartan pieces in less festive ways during the rest of the year, they inevitably get worn less often. It's always bitter-sweet when I wear my last festive looks of the year...
