I saved the best look for last! Well, I figured I'd keep the love theme going for today. I actually, I didn't plan this look with my other Valentine's outfits because I didn't have the cardigan until February 11. I had finished planning and creating outfits for the holiday, but randomly spotted this cardigan at Winners last weekend. We were there for other things, but I naturally spotted this gorgeous sweater from afar and made a beeline for the rack. I grabbed it and plopped it in the cart without a second thought. By eyeing it, I thought it would fit. I didn't realize it was labelled as an XS. I am rarely that size in anything, so I knew I'd have to try it on. Lo and behold - it fit! And the sleeves are actually long enough, which is a rare thing for me even for garments in my usual sizes. It was meant to be! Even my husband had to admit that it was a very "Mimi" sweater and didn't even try to convince me I didn't need it, ha ha! I obviously had to wear it on actual Valentine's day so here is the look I put together. This cardigan is the perfect addition to my whimsical sweater collection. Zero regrets!
