Alright, November is here. While it's still technically fall, we are approaching the festive season at warp speed. To me, that means November is the transitional month between autumn and Christmas. The good thing is that there are many pieces that can overlap the season, which is very helpful. I'm starting things off easy with my deep green tartan nap dress, brown sweater and burgundy accessories. The green plaid and burgundy can read as either fall or festive, which is perfect. The brown sweater is more into the fall category, but its jewelled buttons lean towards festive. The burgundy boots and satin hair bow can also work for both. I personally wear brighter shades of red during the holidays and darker shades of the colour in the fall, but either works in either situation. What are some of your dressing tricks to navigate seasonal transitions?
