Now that it's May, I'm on official cherry blossom watch - the trees will bloom soon and bathe the neighbourhood in a pretty sea if pink petals! I love this phenomenon and look forward to it every year. I wish it lasted longer than a week or so but such is the cycle. I also enjoy the white apple tree blossoms. I also look forward to the pink Magnolia blooms and the redbuds too, which are a brighter shade of pink. While our neighbourhood is bathed in red and orange in the fall, it's pink everywhere you turn in early to mid May. Nature is so seriously awesome! That being said, I donned my most pink floral dress with all pink accessories from the fuchsia headband, the matching suede shoes and the blush cardigan. We are finally in the part of spring I can get behind, once those May flowers start popping up, you know we are entering spring's pretty era.
