We've been getting lots of moody, rainy days this spring (I'm secretly loving it!) but that means that I'm a bit less inspired some mornings. I ended up with a compromised outfit today by pairing my pink heart-print dress with black accessories. I like how the cardigan tones down the whimsy factor of the dress and makes it feel more formal. The pearl accessories also help keep things classy. Adding black to this dress would not be my first instinct, but it actually worked really well. I think this outfit hit all of the right notes for an overcast spring day.
