I was really struggling to put together an outfit for this morning. I was tired and uninspired last night when I was looking at the weather to try and figure out what to wear today. It was going to storm, so that makes it harder too. Once I settled on my black polka dot dress, my husband was helping me brainstorm the rest and suggested pairing my dress with an opposite colour polka dot print. Luckily for him, I had just the right cardigan. I added my yellow rain boots because it would match and be the right choice of footwear for the weather. Turns out my husband was inspired by the look of his new favourite band - Angine de Poitrine. I didn't realize that was where he was going with his suggestions but he was so pleased with himself! He rarely helps me style looks but this time, he delivered! He's never been so excited to put clothing together with a specific vision! I'm happy because I ended up with a funky look. It was a real win-win situation!
