I have a thing for ankle-strap espadrilles. They are the quintessential summer shoe! They are comfortable. They are versatile. They are timeless. The jute detailing on the wedge gives them a casual vibe, but they can also dress-up that summer dress and take it up a notch. They are practical and (what I like to call) all-terrain! Grass, cobble stones, gravel, decking, grates, you name it. These shoes can handle it all! They are like the perfect mash-up of sneakers and heels. The ankle-straps are fun also and can be tied different ways for different effects. I was so happy to find these blush pink ones in the Zara sale and predict I will be getting a lot of wear out of them! Don't you just love it when you can tell your new shoes will become old favourites in no time?
