You've all heard of the little black dress, but have you ever heard of the little black sequin skirt? This is THE holiday staple to have in your wardrobe. I've had this classic skirt for eight years now and I gravitate towards it every holiday season. You really can't go wrong with this piece; it's classic, timeless, elegant, glam and perfect for any festive event. It can easily be dressed up or down. I often wear it with a sweater for daytime looks or to give the whole outfit a more casual-glam vibe. Honestly, this year will be all about that casual dressing, so why not dress up a tiny bit by pairing your sequin skirt with a flannel shirt and sweater like in today's look. Sure, I added sheer tights and pumps, but those can easily be swapped out for opaque tights and comfy flats (or slippers). I'm all about finding creative ways of wearing the fun festive pieces I already have sitting in my wardrobe.
