Happy thanksgiving! I hope everyone is enjoying the beautiful fall weather, spending quality time with their nearest and dearest (safely, of course) and enjoying all the delicious food. We've stayed low-key this weekend and spent most of it in the kitchen cooking Thanksgiving dinner and making all the leftovers to stock our freezer with homemade goodness. Waste not, want not. I just love this time of year so much and look forward to Thanksgiving because this is usually when the fall colours are at their peak and the weather is just right. It's so fleeting so I do my best to slow down and take it all in while it lasts.
