Picture Perfect

In keeping with the back-to-school theme of this week, today's look is all about picture day! By pure coincidence, I was getting a head shottaken at work today. Because of the time of year, it gave me major flashbacks to my school-picture days... Remember those? The pictures they would make you take at the beginning of the school year? There was always a class group shot, where the tall people stood in the back row? (I was always in the back row and hatted it because you could never see my cute outfit!) Then, you would take individual shots in front of a tacky backdrop like this one.

Anyways, I always liked dressing up for pictures. I know some kids hated picture day, but I looked forward to it every year. This year was no different. I was really excited to have a picture to get dressed up for! I decided to wear my new Gal Meets Glam dress and wore a plumetis bouse underneath it! (See, I told you I'd find a way to wear it!) At least I didn't have to sit in front of some crazy backdrop. It was a green screen this time! Maybe I'll share the headshot on the blog once I get it.
