Wearing this dress makes me so happy! How can a girl not smile when wearing lace, a twirly skirt and major ruffle sleeves? If I were to be a dress, this is it right here! It's seriously got everything I could want in a dress and then some. I paired it with a straw belt and nude sandals for a more laid-back look and finished off with a pop of baby blue with the bag. I would be ready to do pretty much anything in this outfit from work to play! I just love how easy summer-dress dressing can be!
